Had a giant bolt in my tire and Good Grip was able to patch my tire. I called in and they were able to do the repair same day in under 20 minutes. The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be going back in the future

This place is the best. They are prompt with communication and efficiently take care of cars. I had a nail in my tire that they expertly found and removed and treated today (all within hours of dropping it off). They are very responsive and called us multiple times to give us updates. I would bring my Volvo back for future services any time. What a great neighborhood autoshop! Thank you good grip!

Good Grips is easily the best mechanic shop I have every used. They're clear and concise, and at no point in time did I ever feel they were trying to push unnecessary services on me. They completed the work quickly and were communicative through the whole process. As long as I'm in Ohio, I will never use another shop.

Let me tell you something about this great place. I came in with a screw in my tire. The guy working there patched the tire for me for free... while at it also had the Oil change there. They did an excellent job. I recommend this place to anyone needing anything done to their cars. Great service and great personnel.

They were super easy to work with and had a new starter in my car in less than 24hrs after I called about getting it done! Super transparent about pricing and work that needs done, will be returning for future repairs!
