I am late on making this review. Back in October of 2024 ,my boyfriend and I made a move across country. We stopped at a gas station, and I accidentally put regular gas in his diesel pick up truck. A young gentleman brought it to my attention as he was pumping gas. He told me to turn the car off and not to drive it. He recommended to call Goodman Diesal repair and how they did excellent work! They sent a tow to pick up the truck and they said they'd work on it first thing in the morning. They dropped the tank, cleaned out all of the gasoline and replaced it with diesel gasoline. They worked on it about 3-4 hrs. It was a $900 job but would've been more elsewhere, they saved us about $1000!! We we're able to get back on the road to continue our move out west. If I could give this repair shop 10 stars I would. They did work on the FORD ambulance I purchased from original owner (who had the repair done 3 or 6 months prior).. the repair is fine all is good. But I had questions about the vehicle. So I can understand what was done. and what I should keep a eye on etc... Chris explained what was done and answer all my questions. And i mean ALL my questions. Not many shops would do that these days. This shop knows their stuff when it comes to DIESEL engines. They are friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST... I found this shop randomly with a Google search, I needed an after hours, weekend inspection of a used truck I was purchasing. Their mechanic agreed to meet me at the truck and completely went over the truck on site. After finding the few things the truck needed the truck was dropped of at the shop where it was promptly repaired. I was kept up to date on the status whenever I wanted and there were no excuses. These guys went above and beyond for the customer and the truck.

On March 8th, I had my husband's 1995 F250 7.3 Powerstroke towed to Goodman's Diesel in Terre Haute. When it was dropped off, it ran, but was going into 'safe mode.' We were looking for a diagnosis to the issue. Over the last two-and-a-half months, we have been told the following as possible causes: injectors, injector o-rings, cam sensor, PCM, IDM, transmission, and now a fuel issue; none or which have been confirmed or definitively ruled out. Last Monday, I spoke with someone who said they were trying to keep the cost down by not devoting consistent hours to the truck, but rather working on it between bigger jobs.
