I called for an appointment and was told I could drop off my truck on Sunday night and to leave the keys in the key slot on the building. The owner / employee instructed me where to park, next to the red trash can. I had a terrible time getting my keys in the businesses slot because there was a book stuck in it. Took me about 5 minutes to get them in it. I got a call from the business at 7am Monday telling me I left the truck in the wrong spot and their neighbor was irate and was going to have the truck towed because I parked it in the wrong spot and I apologized and said I misunderstood. The owner / employee was vulgar and irate on the phone, telling me he had a tough time finding the keys. The fob was in an envelope with my name, number and problem.
