I needed to replace my low beam light. I was later told my tail light was out. The technician came to deliver more bad news. My balast/controller module needed to be replaced soon. I knew I would probably need it. I had the passenger side replaced. I have a 2008 Altima & she was giving up on me but I have to do it until my God gets me a new one. They were very helpful and didn't do anything without my approval & showing me what was going on. I would recommend them. They've been in that spot for at least three generations. There when I was a child & my child and my grandchild. Very helpful.

I had to make an unexpected stop at the Goodyear Tire on 390 E Van Fleet Dr, Bartow, FL, after discovering a screw punctured our driver’s side rear tire—and we still had 1.5 hours left to drive. It was a very busy Friday, but management didn’t miss a beat. They addressed the issue quickly, kept us informed, and had us in and out in no time. I was genuinely impressed with how efficiently the entire staff worked—they were turning work orders around nonstop, yet still made time to be courteous and professional. The manager was extremely polite, and despite how busy it was, we never felt like just another number. Solid performance all around—this team knows what they’re doing, and they deliver under pressure. Huge thanks for getting us safely back on the road!

I brought my car in and spoke with manager Ricky to quote me 2 new tires because I was told by Lakeland Toyota that both of them were shredding and needed replacing immediately! He brought me out to look at all 4 of my tires and none of them looked like the photos I received from Toyota! Thank you so much Ricky for not scamming me out of my money!

I am writing this about the Goodyear location in Bartow, FL. at 390 E Van Fleet Dr. We were returning home from a LONG and TIRING weekend in Orlando at the theme parks with a packed car...7 of us (including our 2 kids and 3 of their friends) and 2 dogs. Needless to say the car ride was stressful and bad already. In Winter Haven we hit a pothole pretty hard in heavy traffic and our tire started leaking. We made it to Bartow and had lost 7 psi already and had 2 hours still ahead of us...ugh. I pulled into the Goodyear out of desperation because my "trusty" rechargeable tire inflator was dead as a doornail. Anyway I was starting to lose it lol, dogs barking, kids starting to argue and Ricky Farley saw me and asked what was going on and asked me to hang on a minute and he'd be right out.

On Sunday I had traveled from NY to Bartow and got a rental from Tampa. Woke up Sunday to a huge nail in tire and it was flat . To my shock car did not come with spare. Couldnt drive on it. AAA shop was closed, rental car computer syatems down..we were stuck. Walked across street to goodyear shop and asked if they could help me. Travis said not to drive vehicle across street..he would send someone to ME and have them remove tire, bring it back to shop, fix tire, and return it to vehicle. Travis sent one of his guys, did all. His guy also put air in all tires for me as well l , as tires were very low. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the kindness Travis and his crew showed me in my time of need. Thank you all so much.
