Good customer service. Was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door. Greeted with a GOOD MORNING. EVERYTHING was explained to me about the service and info about the tires I was looking for. I was told about the specials that they offered. Had an oil change , new tires installed and all done within my time frame. Nice folks. Very pleased with my tire choices. I have been using this location for the pastb25 yrs.

Recently I took my beloved older car in for inspection and any needed repairs prior to an upcoming long road trip. I chose them because 2 years ago I had tires replaced and was very impressed with their professionalism, care, and service. Trevor booked me in promptly and had the vehicle checked out. In follow up, Trevor told me that everything checked out fine and no work needed to be done. Seriously, how often does that happen?!? At an automobile repair center?!? They have all my business from now on! Goodyear in Okatie is a gem!

Excellent service. I didn’t have an appointment and technician took my car in immediately to get my tire patched and I was gone in less than 1/2 hr. Technician also mentioned other service suggestions that I will be doing when I schedule a tire rotation/ oil change.
