I was experiencing issues with my tire pressure light repeatedly coming on even after filling my tires with air. I made a same-day appointment around 2:30 PM for 5 PM at this location. I arrived early and was seen immediately. The gentlemen came in the store and made sure I was taken care of since the gentleman at the desk was busy on a phone call. I was greeted walking in and after they came to the desk to service me. I was asked about my reason for visiting. I had my paperwork for the Road Hazard Protection ready to go. Once I handed over my wheel lock and my fob my car was moved into the bay for service. The gentleman who started helping me let me know that I was correct in the tire I stated as possibly the issue and that there was someone working on it. Everyone was really nice to me!

I stopped by Goodyear Tire & Auto this morning after my tire pressure light came on for two tires. I tried adding air myself, but it wasn’t working, so since I was already out, I headed straight to Goodyear as soon as they opened. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. It wasn’t crowded, so the process was smooth and efficient. My technician, Shaun, spoke with me as the shop was opening and got an understanding of what was going on. He took the time to make sure everything was safe—especially important since it snowed two days ago and the roads are still wet.
