I can’t say enough good things about the Goodyear on Lee Highway in Chattanooga. Every visit reminds me why I won’t take my car anywhere else. Lamont, Todd, and Elencis have earned my complete trust with all my car service needs. They’re consistently prompt, honest, and genuinely committed to doing things the right way. It’s rare to find a team that delivers this level of professionalism and integrity every single time, but they do. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this Goodyear location. My tire was leaking, and Assistant Store Manager Todd Brock took care of it quickly and professionally. I went to grab breakfast while they worked on it, and by the time I came back, my wheel was already ready to go. The service was fast, friendly, and done for a VERY, VERY good price. Highly recommend!

I took my car in to be checked out January the 30th that was on a Friday I meant a really nice guy named Lamont Patterson he was absolutely kind and courteous. Michael was very kind as well. Perseverance pays off! Had an issue with my vehicle and took to the good folks at Goodyear on Lee Highway. There's an old saying to the effect that you can have a problem with your car but it runs perfectly for the mechanic. It's so true! I took it in several times. They listened to me, checked it out, and ran tests. Nothing. I began documenting when I had the issue, collected a sample of the liquid, and took pictures. Goodyear was AWESOME! THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT! Two weeks and no leak! I'm so grateful they believed me, were patient with me, and persevered! Thank you Elencis, Lamont, and Mike!!
