I've been going to this Goodyear location for several years now, and they're great. I've never felt like they're trying to find things "wrong" with my car just to get more money out of me, and their prices are reasonable. If there's a stubborn problem with the car, they'll keep at it until they figure out how to fix it. My tire pressure light would not shut off after they replaced a tire pressure sensor a few days prior. One of the guys spent an hour and a half trying to figure out why since all the sensors were working properly. Instead of just telling me to go to the dealer, they told me to drop my car off so they could have more time with it. It turned out they had to reset all four sensors. The entire staff was 10 out 10. Polite, courteous, very helpful and informative. This is where I will bring my car in for what ever it needs. They are honest and nicely priced.

I came to goodyear with my husband to get his brakes and rotors done he had a 9:30 am appointment he is a frequent customer for a long time now i am very disappointed with their service. As we waited for 1 hour while they took the tires off to check the breaks and rotor for proper price quote another hour goes by it is now 12:26 noon my husband asked how much longer as we patiently waited the front desk responded they are waiting on brakes to get here because they just ordered them i am beyond frustrated and unsatisfied with the level of service, please do not schedule appointment if the parts are not available, a front brakes and rotors should not take 3-4 hours this is unacceptable! I hope they can do better in the future!

I brought my car in for an alignment, and the senior mechanic was outstanding. He didn’t just rely on the machine—he pinpointed the true problem and fixed the underlying issues. Very thorough and professional.

As a walk in I expected a long wait but they took care of me right away. Frank worked on my tires and kept me updated every step of the way. Everyone else there was friendly as well.
