Goodyear on North Franklin in Hempstead is the best service center I've been to. I received great service from Carl and team. I've never seen such hardworking and dedicated techs committed to fulfilling what should be every shop's mission: total customer satisfaction Everyone operates in-sync as a highly efficient and effective machine. Carl coordinated a warranty prorate for me and got the tires in the next day. He also had a service bay available to me upon arrival and made sure to take care of the work quickly, getting me back on the road asap. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and happy holidays to all! :)

Wanted to try out a different place for an oil change. Would NOT recommend. It was ever so slightly cheaper than going to Valvoline, but took 5 times as long. Usually at Valvoline I’m in and out in 15 minutes, here it took an hour and 15 minutes. Coffee machine also was broken. Also they told me I can get a $20 off rebate through Valvoline because that’s the brand they used for the oil change, but this Goodyear location apparently isn’t a part of that program. All the staff was extremely nice but I will definitely not be coming back!

I’ve been coming to the Goodyear in Hempstead for about three years now, and every visit has been great. Tiffany has always been amazing — she’s the main reason I keep coming back. She works so hard, goes above and beyond for every customer, and always makes sure everything gets done right. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and consistent.
