Goodyear Auto Service

I bought 4 Goodyear Assurance tires I. In less than 30,000 miles the two front tires are separating. Goodyear verified that the tires were unsafe and defective. Yet, they wanted $159 per tire to replace each. Seems unreasonable to take another chance with a company who does not stand behind their product warranty. At Discount Tire the tires were $290 for 4 brand new with the warranty. Would never buy Goodyear tires again look at consumer affairs they have less than 2 stars. Wish I had checked before I spent $800+. Goodyear responded but it’s all optics. They did nothing to resolve the issue. Not a good company buyer beware.

Mr. Kevin Nunemacher is an asset to Goodyear Auto Service at 1317 W Grand Pkwy. Kevin has wonderful and refreshing customer interaction and service. Kevin went above and beyond for my situation and did exactly what he promised. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will never go back to Discount Tire.

I had a great experience here, I went three times in 2 days, crazy, first car had a repairable puncture, second car a non repairable one. Edward and Christian helped me out the first time being super fast understanding I needed to go to work that morning! And later at night with my other car Kevin and Julius stayed and helped me decide what to do even when it was pretty much closing time! I definitely recommend this Tire Shop because of its people and customer service.

Kevin was very patient and great help! He was diligent in the repair process and got great information. The store was busy and he made sure to take care of every single customer even though he was alone! Excellent customer service and great attention to detail! I will be going back for any repair needs. 😊
