Daniel, the service manager at Goodyear, was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, honest, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be returning because of him!

I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have always felt taken care of when I come here. They’ve helped me with everything from an oil change, plugs and replacing tires. The new additions to the team have made the experience even more welcoming, understanding, helpful, and not to mention they were able to get my oil change done in a record amount of time (basically less than an hour). Appointments help but not necessary.

If it wasn’t for Paul and some of the old regime being there to include some of the technicians in the bay who I don’t know but do a good job this would be a a 0 star if that was even possible. I have been a customer with Goodyear for over 20 years with thousands (upon thousands) spent on tires, breaks, alignments, car maintenance, and repairs. If this was the old Jog Road regime this would be an easy 5 stars. You know what brought me through the door that attained my patronage and loyalty to Goodyear some 20 plus years ago was? When Richie at the old Jog Rd location fixed a flat for me for free. Overall the techs did a good job on my car but as I walked in no one was able to help me. The only lady that was in there was just sitting on her phone until I said something. I came there on 11/20/25 Then just yesterday I came with a friend of mines to get her car serviced and once again no one was at the front to assist me so we walked out. When we were getting in the car we noticed the same young lady just standing there on her phone. This is ridiculous, customers come first and if no one is upfront trying to help customers then we shall not do anymore business with you guys anymore. This is the second time I saw the same thing. The store manager is great but I think he needs to train his front desk people.

Janice worked me in very kindly at the last minute for a minor REPAIR and Paul did a fantastic job on our Audi Q5. It is extremely rare to receive this kind of excellent service, especially with employees as amiable and professional as Janice. I am aware that people are very quick to complain, but very slow to compliment, and I would like to be the exception here because Janice and Paul deserve our highest recommendation. This is our new automotive repair shop.
