I recently visited the Goodyear Auto Center on NW 172nd Ave in Pembroke Pines, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. Dropped my vehicle off to a super professional young man up front. Told me my vehicle would be ready in about an hour or so and he was spot on. Got my tire patched and returned with no issues

Went to Goodyear at 300 Pines Blvd , Pembroke Pines today, 06/29/2025 and informed the tall man with no glasses tending the front counter that the tire had road hazard and needed to use the coverage plan purchased in 2023. He advised that he can only apply a credit towards a new tire (not replace) and a new tire would cost $153/$158 and with the fees would come out to $180 something. In addition with a radiator flush, was told battery low when it wasn’t and advised it was less than 1 year old and went to where purchased and battery was fine)balancing and something else it would be around a total of around $700. I have found my documents and he should not have quoted me a credit and cost of a new tire, this is misleading the consumer and unethical. This is the closest Goodyear to my ho
