Changed tires here today. Easy and leave service with positive vibes. Came to change 2 tires, they found a nail in 3rd one and i agree to vulcanize it and pay more, but after they found that it never harmed tire and heavent take additional payment. Even official Dodge service tried to sell me 4 but this guys were honest. This service earn my trust by telling truth and I will definately return here to change tires next time.

I’ve been coming to this Goodyear for about 5 years now and I just wanted to say the most recent management have been the best so far. I never have and issue when I come here. They do a good job with communication and quality work. Some stuff can be a bit pricey but like I said, you get quality work when everything is done.

I brought a Will and another package from another Good Year but this one is closer one time I went they couldn’t do it because they said my inner out of tire rod needed to be replaced. I told him that I will get it done at the dealership and the representative told me that Just because I get it from the dealership doesn’t mean that it won’t be an aftermarket part. The next time I went, he told me that my battery was bad but every time I get in my car, my battery starts so I went to AutoZone and got the battery tested. They said it was fine. The third time he told me that my wheel alignment package was expired. I got too many realignments and the figure 3 year times spare and it’s only two months left And so I called the Goodyear where I brought the wheel line of package and they told me to

They didn't know how to remove my rim so I had to bring in my own lug nuts removal key. The lug nut in question requires a spline key, so not very unique. You can find it at AutoZone for $8. These are very common on rims and are not custom in any sense of the word. More importantly, they completely scratched my rim. I took accountability for the scratches on the perimeter of the rim as those are from curve scraping. The scratches everywhere else look like obvious mishandling of the rim when placing it on the wheel mounting machine. When I confronted the manager about this, he acknowledged that the scratches looked brand new. Given that this Goodyear didn't even have a common spline key to remove lug nuts, it's not hard to imagine they have difficulty in basic tire mounting. He told me h
