First I have no problem with the quality of the work, it was done just as I would expect with no issues. Main concern is the scheduling. Called a few days prior and spoke with the store manager to set up the appt. He said they are free anytime on that particular Friday. I scheduled for first thing the morning 8:00. When I walked in none of the staff even knew I had an appointment or what the work was for ( 4 tires). I also set the appt up online to take advantage of an online only rebate. The staff asked if I was waiting which I was because it would be at least 4 hours. I then asked why and they then told me they were all overbooked for that time slot. This review is woefully late, but here goes. I was on the last night of a cross-country move in October of 2022 when I jumped a curb in my hotel parking lot and somehow managed to both blow my tire and dent the rim. Goodyear said they'd take a look and see what they could do. The following morning they called - no chance of fixing it, but they said they'd send one of their guys to a pick-and-pull to see if they could find me a rim. They found me a rim, installed it, and got me back on the road that day. The price was incredibly reasonable, especially in light of how far above and beyond they went to help me out. Had an appointment scheduled and it took them 4 hours to install new tires. What a joke, what’s the point of an appointment if it’s treated like a walk in. The sales rep was also a bit rude. I put two stars because the job was done right at least.

Fantastic experience! We called them when we had a blowout traveling through the area. Called them from the side of the road with no information in front of us and they were patient and looked up our information from our account, helped us order replacement tires, and set up an appointment for us within just a few days. When we took the truck in for the appointment, the staff were super friendly and helpful, they listened to our concerns and they were very knowledgeable about alignments. They took their time with our vehicle to make sure to correct the issues and talked us through other potential concerns. Thankfully, the team at Goodyear came through—diagnosing the issue and replacing both the alternator and the battery, all within the same day.
