I had a fantastic experience at Goodyear thanks to Mark Martinez! He did an outstanding job helping me with my oil change and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Mark was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. My car was serviced quickly and efficiently, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—I highly recommend Mark and the Goodyear team!

Been to this location several times myself and have even successfully recommended family and friends, have always been welcomed with personable assistance from John and Felisha. I highly recommend this Goodyear location. Appreciate all the help!

Called in to see if they have my tire on stock they did not but they went out to find one in other locations they said they would have it at 4 or 5pm but then I got a call at 1pm saying it got there the team there is helpful an really honest and stright forward there not there to scam and make up pay extra or sell you things you dont need I highly recommend them Great job

I don’t normally leave these types of reviews and the mechanic was a great dude so this is explicitly targeted at the sales manager. I brought in my car for a single nail replacement and the sales manager attempted to tell me it wasn’t fixable due to using run flat (guess what they were able to fix it). He told me he’d give me a quote for new tires and I said I’d be happy to look at the numbers. This dude comes back with a quote for $2500 for 4 tires and insist because the car has a staggered set up the tires are more expensive. Mind you - this car is brand new - less than 15k miles and the tires are in good shape. I proceeded to show him the prices of the tires - if I wanted 4 of the top end tires it cost roughly 1200 from the dealership directly. Again I needed one tire patched and t

They’re definitely getting away with old ratings giving them 4 stars. I called them early in the morning this past Monday 7/28 as soon as they opened; too early for them it seemed. The gentleman who picked up the phone is often at the front desk, how do I know this? Because I’ve done business with them for my past two vehicles. That morning it seemed like I had made a mistake by calling them that early. When the gentleman picked up the phone, he sounded bothered.
