I scheduled an appointment with Goodyear for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I even brought my own OEM oil filter — a genuine, factory part specifically for my 28-year-old vehicle — because it’s no longer easy to find. When I arrived, I was told they refused to use the customer-supplied filter, even though it was the correct OEM part and I had gone out of my way to have everything ready for them. It’s frustrating that a company that claims to be customer-focused wouldn’t accommodate such a reasonable request, especially for a classic car that requires a little extra care. I ended up taking my business elsewhere — to a shop that appreciated my preparation and treated me with respect. When me and my husband walked in the atmosphere was fine and When we told them what we were there for Brian was so nice and courteous asked how could he help us and when we told him what we were there for he went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. Brian also explained everything to us about the tires and which ones we should choose and we picked from the 2 categories we were given. Overall we had a great experience and left there feeling like we got what we needed and some. While there we found out the brakes was shot so we had to get new brakes done as well. I would diffinitely recommend Goodyear again to family and friends. A great big thanks again to all the staff but especially Brian. He is the man! Have a good one!

My family has been coming here for the past couple years. I spoke with Brian on the phone. Brian was extremely helpful. He fit me in to get tires on a busy Saturday weekend. He did not pressure me, and was very understanding of the situation I was in. Outstanding service by the team. The professionalism when my family brings our vehicles in here is exceptional. Goodyear website lists a "Good" oil change using "Standard synthetic blend" oil for my vehicle for $45.99. The shop will not honor the price, instead wanted to charge $98.99. Why can you book online for a service at a quoted price and then have it refused in store? This would have been my first time at this location, but now I will never return here for anything.

We had come in previously to get an oil change and had such a pleasant experience with Brian that when it came time to get the oil change on our other car we knew just where to go! Once again Brian was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helped us get in and out in a prompt fashion. He even gave us a coloring book for our daughter.
