Danny is the Boss! Saved my day and made sure my kids were in a safe car!! Danny W- thank you for taking charge and helping me out when I was stuck in a tight spot! Every store he called on my behalf knew him and more importantly respected him and rose to the occasion due to his excellent leadership and knowledge. Many thanks on this cold day!!

Staff was friendly and informative. They opened promptly at 8 am and got my car right in for my appointment. All four tires were replaced and I was on my way in under 1.5h. The lobby and reception area were clean and provided desk space with outlets for me to get some work done. I bought Goodyear Assurance tires and they are very nice. My car drives quieter and smoother now- it's a marked improvement! Note: I scheduled and paid for my appointment a week ahead of time. This may have contributed to the efficiency of my experience.

Nate and Jeff helped me when it was very close to closing time! I got a huge bolt in my tire from the construction on 59 in front of Meijer. I would have been stranded in Stow, with no way to get home to Wadsworth with my 1 year old. They helped patch it and did it with a smile. Which means the world to me. Thank you both so much. Kindness in this world is not something that happens anymore in customer service. You made my day. Date of service was 12/11/25 around 5:25pm.

Huge shoutout to Danny and his team! They got me set up with new tires and made the whole experience super easy. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of. Couldn’t ask for better service!

I absolutely trust the staff to be honest with me! I bought new tires about 30 days ago from Flynn in Kent. Had a flat, 3 techs at Flynn could not find any issue with the tire. they tried to scam me into 4 new tires because 'the tire was not repairable'. I took the tire to Goodyear and within 30 seconds they found a pin hole, fixed it and had me safely back on the road. Highly recommend, especially if you are female. I would trust sending my daughter to this Goodyear staff if she had issues with her vehicle.
