Goodyear Auto Service

We've been customers of this Goodyear for over 15 years, bringing in our Audis, Teslas, and family cars for tires and occasional service. Unfortunately, our recent experience with our daughter’s Buick has completely changed my trust in this shop. We brought it in for tires, and the team offered to diagnose a window issue for a $92 fee. They said the problem was the switch and that the part would need to be ordered. After patiently waiting through delays due to the storms and little follow-up communication, I brought the car back only to be told that it was actually the motor, not the switch. In other words: the original $92 “diagnostic” was just a guess. Being told the labor charge was an effort to "avoid charging us twice" makes no sense when the first diagnosis wasn’t correct. Our first time using this business. I'm glad we did! Brian, @ front desk, was a very pleasant as well as proficient at his job. The waiting area was clean and bright. Service was prompt and the cost was unbelievable! Half the price of other oil changes in the area! We will definitely use them again for our vehicle needs.
