They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, and they didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. The work was done efficiently, the price was fair, and I left feeling confident in the service I received. My car drives noticeably smoother, and the quality speaks for itself. I really appreciate how they value customer satisfaction — you can tell they take pride in their work. I definitely recommend Goodyear to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto service!

You service I was given was impeccable accurate honest and friendly. Something which escapes most businesses these days. I bought all my tires at this location and I've always had the greatest experience. The service person's name was Danny and that was a female Danny I'm probably spelling the name wrong but she was everything I just wrote and more thank you so much for a wonderful experience and now a better and safer driving car. I recommend this location highly to anyone wants to enjoy the same experience I have. Once again thank you very much Danny and hope I don't see you too soon if you know what I mean. But if I do I know what to expect thank you once again.

All the employees have been incredible thru the years. And I have been satisfied with the services. The employees, Juan, Danielle, and John have gone above and beyond. My sons have used this location until moving. I love also that I can walk in and the location is outstanding with so many places to go shopping and eating. I've gone through a couple cars using them, and they've been fantastic.

I had a oil change done and when I called in to make the appointment I got the nicest employee her name was Dani.. She took all the stress out of making my appointment and when I got there she was great at going over the different options. Her upbeat attitude really helped me pass to the time.. The guys did a great job at rotating my tires and doing my oil change! I definitely would recommend this location on 21st Street in Vero Beach, Fl..

Always an amazing experience with excellent customer service. Tom and his amazing team....James, Eric, Douglas, and the crew in the shop are just amazing and always makes sure the customer is happy. Definitely recommend them!!
