I will never bring my car here again. I went in for an oil change and a few days later I noticed a leak coming from the filter. It was significant enough to see that the oil was splashing up on the filter. I went back to tell them something wasn't right because that has never happened before. One of the mechanics came over with a rag to soak up the oil in the tray and told me that's just how the car is and it's supposed to do that. As I tried to explain further, the mechanic sucked his teeth and walked away like a big grown toddler. I wasn't trying to undermine their work but something clearly wasn't right, and I was hoping they would at least check the filter to make sure it didn't have a defect. I went somewhere else and they put a different filter on and guess what no leaks!

I had a wonderful experience today at Goodyear on Bladensburg rd! They were slammed when I arrived and I thought it might be too busy to be seen today. I was greeted by a really kind lady (who I believe is the manager) and she looked with me at my tire issue outside and let me know there would be a wait to be seen. Dwayne took over from there and explained my options. Turns out my issue was much smaller and I didn’t need a new tire!! I really appreciate that they were honest with me about that and didn’t try to upcharge me. If I could give 6 stars, I would!!

Service was excellent. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Dewayne and his staff installed 4 brand new tires on my vehicle in an timely matter. If you're looking for new tires or installation service's, Goodyear on Bladensburg Road NE- Washington, DC offers excellent servcie.

I had a flat tire that I needed replaced right away. Not only did they match my urgency, but their customer service was top notch throughout the whole process. I was able to get my new tire and have them install it in the same day. I also didn’t feel like they were ever pressuring me to buy unnecessary services/products (like other places). By far the best experience I’ve had with an auto shop thus far. This place is going to be my go to from here on out!

Jessica Paredes was amazing with her customer service and knowledge. She explained the offers they had available and my vehicle was serviced properly. I wasn’t there long and I’m pleased with the service. There was a gentleman behind the counter with Miss Paredes but i didn’t get his name. He was very friendly and welcoming as well as Miss Paredes. I will continue to go to this location.
