Dean is amazing. I called last minute on a Friday afternoon at 3pm because I was worried about a leak in my tire and I was driving to a wedding in New Jersey the next day. Dean was able to get me in at 4:30pm. He said I could come early and he would take me sooner if he could. They had work stations there and great air conditioning so I sat and worked on my computer for a while - while I was waiting for my car to be checked. Dean checked my car around 3:45pm. He came out and literally handed me the nail that was in my tire. He told me all about the process about how they fix a tire and why certain fixes might not be possible (due to the location of the puncture). I think they rip a lot of people off, but I guess that’s just what mechanics do. Here is my receipt for my rear brakes, when o look up the actual parts cost it quotes $100 less for the TOP of the line brand/kit. I called to confirm the brand of parts they use as well and it still does not come up as almost $400 for just the brake parts. So pretty much they made over $300 for something that took 2 hours maybe? I won’t be going back if I can avoid it.

I had an amazing experience at this facility. The staff is so professional and so helpful and so kind. On Tuesday they performed my alignment since I had bought an alignment package when I bought new tires. They did not try to get me to purchase anything extra or charge me anything extra. They did have a problem trying to start my car after the alignment and had to jump it. Still, they did not try to get me to buy a battery or anything else. I personally decided to purchase a battery on my own and asked them if they could put it in. They were wonderful about getting a battery that they do not normally install and putting it into the car at a time that worked for me the very next day. They took very good care of my car and did an amazing job. I will definitely continue going to Goodyear on

They are honest and amazing!! Had issue with my tire and they took care of me before Christmas and make it safe so I can drive back to Florida.

The young female clerk attending me when the job was completed, had a very bad attitude. I said everything is within specs as per paperwork, she didn't like that and responded with a snarky remark. At the end she didn't say you are all set, she just walked away. In previous transactions with other individuals, I walked away too early and was called back.
