My new car was making a strange sound that left me concerned to drive, so I went in to make sure my car was not going to break down before driving 4 hours home and they were super friendly and checked it out. They acknowledged the sound that no other mechanic could seemingly hear and gave me great advice after a thorough check, and dubbed it safe to drive. I don't know what magic they did but my car hasn't made the sound since. Great service, super friendly, efficient.

Went to Goodyear on Marsh Ln., Friday after Thanksgiving to get air in my tires. They were closed today. Owner was walking out and even though they were closed, he took the time to put air in my tires. He was very friendly and I am very grateful for him taking the time to do this for me.

The guys behind the counter helped us repair a blown tire. Although it was late in the afternoon one of the guys drove to the warehouse to get a tire to match the type we had on the other wheels. The work was done quickly. They definitely went the extra mile to help us!

Greg and James and the staff are awesome! My daughter needed axel fixed and they came through for us. Was quoted 2,220 by another place on beltline and marsh! But Goodyear fixed for more than half off the price! I’ve also had my other family members come here and they are very professional and accommodating! Only place I will go for my car services!

Goodyear charged me $75 for an oil change on my small Ford Edge and were very eager to do some brake work as he so excitedly put it, "we can do it right now!" without 1st quoting the $498 they were going to charge me to do it. After having spent $600 of the $800 they were trying to charge me for other extras the week before. Needless to say after making an efford to make them my "go to", I didn't leave a happy customer.
