Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers

Not sure want has changed but I’ve been sitting here for over 2 hours and have yet to see anyone in the shop. After an hour of sitting in the parking lot, I went in to ask about eta. They told me to back in the bay and he would be out in a minute. I backed in and waited about 15 minutes when the food truck arrived and there was the guy walking out to get lunch. Since then it’s been 45 minutes of waiting in the bay with still no one in the shop. It’s 10:45 now. Hopefully lunch doesn’t last till noon. How does this place make money.

Needed a flat semi tire replaced. Was told "Ill be with you in a minute".. 20 mins later he had answered 5 phone calls and pretended I was invisible. I left and went to BestOne about 3 miles away and they treated me like family there.

The guy at the shop came right out of shop and met me as soon as I pulled up. He took my info and said they were 3-4 hours to get it done. I said no problem and left the truck. Got a call in 3 hr and truck was in great shape. I will be using them from now on.

Tire shop only. I bought two new steer tires and tires balanced. They got me in and out in a jiffy. Friendly service.

Great, friendly service!! Went in for a simple tire mount on a rim I had. In and out within 20 mins including payment. Fast service!
