Big shout out to Raul for going above and beyond with delivering our tires! The original driver could not find our house. He was very polite and has excellent customer service skills. He gave us a good deal as well and appreciate the communication/timely fashion. We could not ask for more, our family business relies on our trucks staying on the road! Thank you!

Best place to get any tire service in Greeley. Eric is the best. Been here few times and never got disappointed. All the other guys working are quick. Recommended my own company to get all the tire services done from here.

Refuses serve requests for stranded motorists given by rental agencies

The Greeley store is a complete joke! Buyer beware!!! They will not stand behind their product. Bought New steer tires one was bad one. After working with them and returning to the store 4 times per their policy to figure out the problem they end up making you buy a new one. Offered $50 for casing on a Goodyear steer tire with only 5000 miles on it. The manager Noel is completely unprofessional and condescending. I have been around this industry 30 years, never been treated like this by a tire shop. I will take my business elsewhere even if I pay more!! To Wingfoot in Greeley or Corporate if you Actually read your reviews.... customer service and a little respect goes along way!!!

The customer service was great they tried to help me find snow chains as I waited for new tires to be put on. The wait was long just to have some tires put on, it seemed like they took lunch while working on my truck. I finally get out of there and was thinking that the vibration would finally go away in my truck since I had new tires, that wasn't the case. Fast forward to 2 weeks when I finally get home. I jacked up the truck to put new brakes and try to find out where my vibration was coming from to find out not a single wheel was balanced. Not one wheel had a weight on it. And get this, i was charged for it. Was very disappointed after the fact. I just dealt with it after reading others reviews and took it to discount for balance.
