Goodyear Customer 1 Tire and Auto Care

I visited the store on the morning of March 3rd to pick up my friend who was having work done. I am a regular customer also. When I arrived at the store she had not arrived so I sat and waited for her. While sitting in the waiting area one of the counter men who I later found out was called Sal had a loud aggressive out of control tantrum. He was yelling slamming and being absolutely scary. I didn't feel safe with him in the store. If it wasn't for the quiet calm control of Gary who handled the situation and took him in the back I would have left. When Gary came back in the front office he apologized for Sal's behavior but we could still hear him going off in the bays. Please verify this outburst with any of your employees. This GOODYEAR office is very good at their work and timing of getting the vehicle back to you in a timely matter. The gentleman in the office are very good , especially Gary. They’re thorough and they will update you with phone calls trying to get your vehicle back to you at a very quick turnover. I would highly recommend this office.

The customer service was excellent! They gave me a free uber ride to take me home, and bring me back when the repairs were done! Repairs completed ahead of scheduled time. Taylor and all the staff were so nice and professional. I would highly recommend this business.

I think the whole team is great. They’re very quick. I take my car every year this time. This year after oil change bring them was some issue with the oil and when I brought it back, they took care of it right away in one thing is very important and they are very courteous very professional very attentive to the customer. I highly recommend the whole team Gary and everybody else are fantastic.

Dimitri runs a great shop. Gary is compassionate enough to learn sign language and treats everyone well. Kary does a nice job and Sal is great. All of them have excellent manners and understand what customer service is. They have efficiently handled oil changes and batteries for me. Each of them happens to have an excellent sense of humor which makes for a pleasant experience. Take your car here and you won’t be disappointed.
