My wife's company car needed service and we dropped the vehicle off to 2 local service shops that were part of her fleet plan. Both shops never got back to and failed to do the repairs the same day. I finally reached out to Mr. Tire/Goodyear and spoke with George who said I could drop the vehicle off early the next morning since they were a few yards from my job. When I got off from work at 1pm I met with William and Matt. I was very pleased with their updates and service! Thanks George, William and Matt! I'll see you on the next service.
We had a flat tire on the NJ turnpike on July 4th holiday! We were lucky to have this shop's service. It was super quick and they happened to have one tire there to swap. The staff there were easygoing, and they changed the tire immediately.
Thank you for removing the safety cone from underneath my car and adjusting the warning light for me today at no charge. Also was great to see all the social distancing and masks inside. I will be back!
