Thomas Walker assisted me . He is knowledgeable, reliable, and fast. I called about a run flat tire (and if you know those have to be ordered, 1-10 business days at most shops). He was able to get the tire from their warehouse in a 15 minute wait time. Mind you, I came close to closing hour (time frame was impeccable) . He was very nice from the phone call to when I walked in. FASTESTTT customer service I have experienced yet from any shop. Don’t hesitate to come here! It’s the shop to go to!

Every time you go there they always have a problem with fixing anything they act as if they can’t find your warranty. I just went there today, which is Saturday, November 8, 2025 and the lady told me they opened up at 8 o’clock. I was there at 7:57 she said that she couldn’t get my car into rotate tires just to rotate tires. She said to get her shop open to move the cars at the baby an hour to an hour and a halfthis tire place has went down dramatically. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to take a car there by Tire there or even get an oil change. this tire place has went down dramatically. Misdiagnosed my BMW (replaced spark plugs only for $600) took it to another shop who accurately diagnosed my car with a cracked chamber in engine.

Typically, when I visit auto repair shops, they tend to offer unnecessary repairs. As a result, I usually avoid going to these shops without my dad. However, today I visited Goodyear by myself and had an outstanding experience. The customer service was exceptional! My service was prompt, and I did not have to wait long. The pricing was reasonable, and most importantly, I was not presented with a lengthy list of unnecessary repairs. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Goodyear Tire Center.
