Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co

Supposedly this place “took out” a nail in my tire and patched it. I drive 600 miles to find out the nail was still in my tire and this place charged me 50 bucks for doing nothing (something bad could have happened). I call to let them know what happened and the MANAGER said “I find that hard to believe” (proof below that it was never taken out). Beyond disappointed in their service, these people truly hate their life. Go anywhere else but here I promise you will have a better experience and not have your day ruined.

Excellent service!! Took care of the needs on our truck quick and for a great price! Spent weeks trying to go to a dealer only for them to never return any calls. These guys wound up receiving a faulty part & kept us updated through the whole process. If we have any other needs while up here we will certainly use them!

Had to get my tire repaired on my way to CT. Very professional workers, helpful and respectful. In less than an hour I was back on the road, highly recommend this shop

The Goodyear in Port Chester is absolutely the BEST. I have always felt “safe” there and knew that Mr. Mike, the crew, and Clyde would fix the problem at the best price. Going tomorrow to drop my car off so they can fix what’s necessary. 😊

They got into an accident in my car and still charged me full price for the service they provided. Said the guy backed into a tow truck. I mean really? I have a rear view camera. Instead of getting my car back the same day I had to wait 2-3 days.
