Went to pickup a load of Tires. First check in at guard shack to get in then check in at shipping desk, then drop off your trailer and find a place on the street for your Bob tail. They will call you in, in about 2 hour.

Check in can only 15 min earlier to your appointment then drop Trailer at given door and take rest 4 to 6 hours at street.

This company would be great, if they had some actual customer service!! I've called them at least 5 times over the past week for a shorted, government tire order. No help whatsoever.

This warehouse has nice guards and ok shipping people but if you are a truck driver and on log books be prepared to be there for at least four hours just to be loaded with 450 tires and sometimes they can take up to 7 hours to load you. Only Good part of the warehouse area is they have lots of space to park your truck on the street .

Im a truck driver make deliveries here often they treat you well here
