Googie Car Wash

been here once before, got a basic car wash and no problems. came a second time, got a brilliant car wash and it damaged my car. weird thing is that the whole conveyor belt stopped when this happened, not sure what happened. also some parking spots for the drying/vacuum portion are right in front of the car wash and it gets your car a bit wet constantly until you drive off.

Great place, friendly staff, and your car comes out clean. The basics are all there- free vacuuming too. They're not giving me a submit button or a place or a way to post this. What's new. Finally! I went in the back door lol.

tried their free car wash service. staff was nice and friendly but the wash itself wasn’t up to my expectations. there were still a lot of yellow spots and the entire rear end was still dirty. they do give you a free micro fiber towel but it’s too small to wipe off all the dirty spots and dry off. can’t really complain since it was free but i wouldn’t be happy with the results had i had to pay.

Free promo car wash was excellent! Left my black car shiny with almost no excess smudges on the paint. Free vacuums are hit or miss with suction, though. I'll definitely go back for a wash next time I'm in the area.

UPDATE: You are misrepresenting the facts! There was no email exchange between us. Regardless of vehicle mode, this accident would not have happened if your tunnel had been properly monitored and the safety system operated correctly, so please do not shift the responsibility to the customer. TERRIBLE PLACE This was a very stressful experience, and the lack of safety procedures and customer care is disappointing. I cannot recommend this place. My Tesla unexpectedly stopped inside the conveyor tunnel, and for about one minute the car wash did nothing. The conveyor kept running, no one pressed the emergency stop, and no staff checked the monitor or intervened at all.
