They are always fast and friendly and they do a awesome job , i would not use any other company for my oil change

I never used any oil change service but this one. They charged me for full service for this : 1. They could not remove the drain plug and rounded the nut. 2. They didn’t put my oil cap back on. 3. They didn’t fill fluids. 4. They never changed the oil. 5. They never said a word to me. I will not be back.

My husband took his f-250 to get an oil change at Gookins and they(the guys who changed the oil) left the engine one quart low. Also no one checked the transfer case, like they were supposed to. I will not EVER bring a vehicle to this place of business because the all points checklist was not completed as was discussed.
