I brought my vehicle in because it had an oil leak. I let them know that I was told at another shop I possibly had a valve cover leaking. The shop diagnosed the issue as a valve cover leak. I approved the repair expecting that it would resolve the problem. However, the car continued leaking oil shortly after the repair. When I brought it back the following week, instead of addressing the original concern, I was given an entirely new diagnosis involving additional repairs that were more than triple the cost of the initial repair. Stating that it was my timing cover and power steering hose that was now leaking. What was frustrating was that none of these potential issues were mentioned during the original diagnosis. These guys are rockstars. From the first phone call or visit to the shop, they’re attentive and do their best to get you in quickly. If you need a ride, they’re more than accommodating. The front desk staff is understanding, professional, and communicative, and it’s never difficult to get in touch with your service representative. The shop does thorough, high-quality work and makes every effort to get your car back to you as soon as possible. They’re also very military-friendly. If you are looking for an affordable and well trained shop i highly recommend Goose Automotive on Bandera. From the time you enter the office you are welcomed as if you are family rather than a dollar. Andi made sure to explain everything to a tee. From pricing to parts etc. She made it a comfortable visit . I Was updated every step of the way . It feels good to know they are not adding on unnecessary services on stuff that doesn’t need replacing . That goes a long way in my books. Easily made an appointment for an oil change with Andi. She was friendly and handled everything very professionally. The technician completed the car in the time she gave me. Amazing service with a smile. After having my vehicle at a different repair facility for over a week, it never being completed nor repaired properly and almost ruined , I decided to take it to Goose Automotive on Bandera. They were able to fix the damage the other shop had done and fix the car properly in two days!!! Impressive!! Excellent customer service in the front office by Joseph and excellent craftsmanship on the floor by Jake.
