Goose was EXCELLENT with my 40yr old 86 Mercedes 560SL. After dealing with almost 17 INCOMPOTENT GERMAN AUTO shops in SA, a friend recommended Goose. They were THE ONLY ONE TO FIX IT & provide details of their findings within a day, while the others took days & weeks & still couldn't do anything all while charging excessive amounts. I have a 88 560SL which I'm gonna take to Goose as well! Thank you Goose!!

Goose Auto Repair was referred to me by a friend who had specialized work done on his car. I didn’t need anything fancy for mine, but I trust my friend—he really loves his car. I checked out their website and was impressed to see they offer a shuttle service and are closed on weekends. I love a company that seems to promote a healthy work-life balance. I called on a Monday and made my appointment very easily. I did have to call back to change it due to a change in my own schedule; however, my appointment was revised with no hassle at all. Okay let me tell you, took my truck here because Ford has some terrible engineers to get the transmission checked out, and then replaced. The guys over at Goose, specifically this San Pedro location, were top notch. Big thanks to Zach and Victor. They had great customer service, always nice and polite while also keeping me updated every step of the way throughout the repair. The new transmission they put in is running smooth, and they made sure I knew if I had any issues, just bring the truck back on by. Thanks again to Goose, and bigger thanks to Zach and Victor!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Goose Automotive was one of the most frustrating and costly situations I have ever dealt with. I brought my car in for repairs and was charged over $1,400, only to have it returned in worse shape than when I dropped it off. It would not run consistently, often wouldn’t start at all, and the original problem was never fixed. Essentially, I was overcharged for absolutely nothing to be done. Throughout the process, I was told multiple times my vehicle was ready for pickup, only to arrive and find it still not drivable. This wasted countless hours of my time, cost me additional money for towing and rides, and caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I needed a high intensity headlight. Goose auto inspected the problem, professionally replaced the light and gave me the best price of the several garages I called. From now on I will be taking my car there. Great people and friendly service. I highly recommend them. Peter
