They let you know exactly what they’re going to to the vehicle before anything is done. They make dropping off and picking up your vehicles, extremely convenient allowing you to drop off the key 24 hours before and even after hour pick ups. In addition, the service that’s done is not the only Important thing to note the staff was extremely friendly unlike a lot of mechanic shops, you will find in this area.

Went to Goose on the recommendation of friends. Repairs were needed for my 2008 Honda. The car was inspected & repairs & costs were texted to me. Art contacted me to discuss multiple repairs needed. He was professional & did not pressure me into costly repairs all at once, but instead discussed what needed to be done & what could be done later. I agreed to the "first stage" of repairs. All of this occurred within approximately 3 hours. Art said repairs could be completed the next day. I went in to have my E400 diagnosed for an ac issue. They not only jumped right on it, they explained what they were doing every step of the process.
