Gordon Family Service Center

I have a diesel toyota import and was struggling a little bit to find someone who could do some maintenance work on my car. I gave them a call and they were able to get me in the next day. Also super fast and reliable service with really fair pricing! My car was done the same day i brought it in. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. if i need any work done in the future i will be definitely coming back! I wish i could give another star in this review for the cutest shop dog, moose! 🐶

I could not begin to speak highly enough about Gordon’s Family Service Center - they are an amazing family and extremely knowledgeable and honest! I was broken down in Raleigh over the holidays and trying to find a dealership/repair shop to assist me in the area - all were well out of a conceivable budget and timelines lended to be weeks out. NYE they were able to tow my vehicle and myself back from Raleigh - then even helped me get to my second vehicle and jumpstart it to get me going. Less than a week turn-around with consistent updates on what was happening - my quote over the phone (while in Raleigh); my bill came out to be spot on. I do a million stars if I could. Gordons resolved an issue from another shop’s negligence that I had encountered. Stopped at Big O’s Tires in Englewood, CO to check on my brakes after driving through the Rocky Mountains on my way home to NC.. they sold me two new rotors and brake pads on top of a caliper.. they incorrectly installed them.. I’m surprised I made it 1800 miles home on their mistake.. 2 days before thanksgiving their mistake had finally caught up to me and my passenger tire started smoking & then I couldn’t drive it.. (found out from Gordon’s all the wheel pieces were welded together because of the other shops negligence) Gordons told me to bring it in the day before thanksgiving and they would TRY to squeeze me in but no promises the day before a major holiday.. I dummied up and installed some parts wrong on my truck. Get an hour and a half from home and hear weird noises, stopped and asked for a diagnostic on the issue, was expecting to pay 50-60 bucks just for that alone.. nope they fixed my mistake on top of the diagnosis for 64 bucks. I was there maybe an hour, we cracked a few jokes (I deserved it) and they sent me on my way. 500 stars if I could. The chocolate lab door greeter had me sold already anyway, he's a slick talker, that lab. 🤣
