This wrecker service was amazing! Kyle S. worked very hard to get my trailer out of a fairly steep ditch. Soon after he started it began raining on this guy and he managed to free the trailer in the absolute worst conditions. He went above and beyond! They have EARNED my future service.
My tire blew out on 20W around 8:30/9pm. I was stuck and just did not have a good experience having to sleep on the side of road. I called them and was at my wits end. Not only did she reassure me, she gave me a reasonable price and got me off the side of the road. Truly a god send. Thank you!
If I could give them a 10, I would. OMG we have used every single tow company within Monroe/WM over the years, but the service with Gordon Hemphill & his team...I could say enough awesome things about them. Great service, good people, amazing job <3 Thank ya'll so much for making this easier!!
