Wow just wow on this place. My car went into 'limp to the mechanic' low power mode. I was thinking I'd have a $1k repair bill or worse. I went to Gordo's because it was literally the closest shop but really glad I did. When I pulled up the mechanic was walking over to me before I got out of my car. I told him what was going on and without me saying a word he was pulling codes and looking under the driver's side dash. He figured out two switches on the brake lever were broken. One controlled the brake lights - broken they were always on which drained the battery. Which led to a bunch of low voltage codes causing the car to go into 'limp' mode. I was amazed at the level of service Gordo’s provided. I was stranded and they went way above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Honest, friendly and genuine. Communication was everything I want from people that work with me. I’m proud that Blue Compass RV sent me to them when I was panicking. I would recommend them to everyone!

I read the reviews before going to this shop because it seemed to be highly liked, but for my experience, that was the exact opposite of what I received. No receipt was given when paid due services, I had to have my mom's car towed from their shop to a dealership and there was no paperwork given to the tow truck driver, which is probably errors on both sides. The dealership, my mother, and I have been trying to contact this shop for days in a row and still no response. Their voicemail isn't set up and no one picks up the phone, they did the test on my mom's car and let it stay there overnight for over $200, now the dealership is trying to find out what was found during their test, if they can't get a hold of this dealership, we have to pay $600 more dollars to have the test redone.
