This is a hometown shop and I choose them to do business with. I got 2 tires and a 1,200 dollar brake job done on my vehicle. My wife picked up the car drove it home and parked it. I picked up the car and drove it across vidalia the same day. On the way back from vidalia after work my tire fell off and rolled across 280 and my car skidded on the pavement and my suspension was warped imo. I called and had the car towed back to Gordys and they repaired the car a 2nd time. When I got the car back the car shakes at 45 mph it never shook before. I told Gordy my car was damaged and I wanted it repaired. Gordy called me a liar and told me that I removed the lugs myself because he saw no proof they backed out. He accused me of driving the car over a hundred miles when I drove it between 2

I have been going here for years, and have had several vehicles worked on by them. This place makes a trip to the mechanic a pleasure. All of the employees are personable and professional, and their work is always top notch. They have always accomplished the work in the time they quoted, and at the price they have quoted. The owner is almost always on premise, and he is fun to talk to. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

I live a couple hundred miles away from Gordy; however, I am often in the area. Anytime I am in the area and have car or truck problems, I look to Gordy Tire for assistance. Gordy Tire ALWAYS treats me fairly. Additionally, they perform any necessary work in a timely manner. I highly recommend Gordy Tire!

Day after Christmas nothing else open they were open. I got a cut in the side wall where I was losing air pressure rapidly. I did have a spare tire, which was a brand new tire that I had bought because I knew we’d have this trip. They would not put it on because it was a new tire. Can you imagine because I didn’t buy it from them they don’t deserve my business.

I'm willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but when I have to take my car not once but 3 times and my daughter's car more than once after a $7500 repair, that's pushing it. I'm no longer willing to give a positive review. You'd think with the money we spent there, things would have been smooth. Edit to reply to Gordy I have provided proof to the bank and to the BBB.
