Gorilla Car Wash

Self wash could be better. The multiple brushes aren’t labeled what they necessarily do, and combined with the quantity of soap/wash/wax and other various settings, I ended up wasting a lot of time figuring out if the “clear coat” spray was anything more than just water. Dry setting didn’t work, and the buzzer didn’t go off to let me know I had a minute left. Even having a simple time remaining SOMEWHERE that people could look at would be great.. They charged my bank $22. First I put a 5 bill in, and after it rejecting the other 5 bill to get a wash started, I resorted to swiping the card. No idea if I got that 5 dollars worth. After the first wash ended suddenly, I swiped again to finish. Cancelled my second swipe a couple minutes in, thinking it would charge me by the minute. Why is t

What the hell does this business think they're doing?! They won't actually give you the product you pay for, just send you through a complicated series of "customer service" who need all of your personal info: address, social, birth date, phone number, etc. Just to form a complaint. This is LITERALLY the scam you've been warned about. Don't let them monitor your license plate and social security number!

This car wash is just okay. For basic dirt and grime, it's fantastic. Have a ton of bug guts or mud, and it won't get clean here. Took these pictures today after having washed my SUV, and it just doesn't cut it. Lot of bug residue left over, even after spending 15 minutes trying to wash. Used both the presoak stuff and two high power soap and rinse cycles and this is what's left. I think the lack of hot water is what keeps this place from obtaining a perfect wash.

Car wash did a great job in will return if I'm ever in the area again

Spent $20.00 for a not-great wash. Lots of dirt residue remaining especially on sides and rear of vehicle. Wish I could get a refund. Automatic/touchfree wash.
