DISHONEST Had a loud noise when accelerating. Jr. Gosset assumed it was my cat converter. Ordered the wrong cat converter initially, had to keep my car 4 extra days to wait for the new one. I received a phonecall on tuesday saying it was all fixed up, but he could only take cash or check because his credit card machine was broken. I said that would have been good information to have before you fixed it, he said "well i didnt know, it happened at midnight last night " ( the night before he repaired my car ) ...so he did know. Gave me the run around of " changing banks" and doesnt know when he will have a credit card machine. I was told he test drove the car and everything was good. I picked it up and I have the same exact sound and problem.. he said it must be something else that conveni

Stranded on Vacation after towing Our Camper up to the local KOA. Went in on the Tuesday after memorial day . 5 minutes before they opened they took me on a personal test drive in my truck . The rear end had Bearing issues and needed to be rebuilt. Completely rebuilt my rear end in One day and I was on the road the very next day . I work in the Auto Parts Business and this would not have gone the same way in FL. Jr. the shop Owner treated me like Family and took the best care of me . His Helper Justin was also great as well. Totol price was 775 dolllars. Have peace of mind if you are stranded here on vacation . DONT GO TO FIRESTONE . Go to GOSSETT'S Garage .! I wish there were a lot more Honest places like this left out there .

I got stranded in Tennessee when my car broke down on my way to Florida from Indiana. Some locals helped me, and they recommended gossets garage. Specifically Junior. So I had my car towed there anticipating that he would get to it in the next couple of days. Since this all happened on a Sunday, I had to wait till Monday to contact Junior. I spoke with him, and I explained the situation and where I was coming from and where I was going, and he said he would get it in as soon as possible. Three weeks later, he still didn't have it even in the garage. I ended up having to tow it again, this time to another garage in the area. Very disappointed. Usually, Tennessee is the most friendly and helpful state I've ever been in. If you can't help, you can't help. Don't string me along. I'm more upset

I got stranded just outside Chattanooga and didn't know who to call. Mr gossett. He was a godsend. Knew some of the old tricks the identified the problem with just a couple plugs and wires. We were able to isolate and identify the problem very quickly. Is Young up-and-coming mechanic was just as knowledgeable. Don't get me wrong they want to get paid it wasn't free. But the local spoke highly of him. The people who came and went in the shop were familiar faces and friendly to one another. We even jammed some guitar session in the office while I was stuck almost 3 days. They were kind knowledgeable and tolerable of my overwhelming demeanor. I'm now up and running they even passed me a few tricks to identify problems for myself in the future. It's always good when you don't have to do g

guy starts every lie with "im not going to lie, but" told me for 2 months my WORK VEHICLE would get done in the coming days or weeks. I missed countless opportunities. He told me things had been done during the 2 months to make me think progress was being made but at the end when I finally picked it up he told me they hadnt touched it. The man just lies. It is not fun to have to call a garage every day for 2 months on the day that they said work would start only to hear some sorry excuse and lie about when work would start to know you would call back in 4 days for him to lie more. I tried to believe them for 60+ days but enough was enough.
