Craig answered all my questions on the phone and at the shop - giving me confidence that they would do an excellent job, as my car was new and I considered bringing it to a dealer. Gouverneur Collision is the only place I'll bring my vehicles to be repaired! Unfortunately, ive had to bring 3 different vehicles to craig and his team and each time I have received excellent service and it's always done in a timely manor! I waited before posting to see how the repairs held up. It's been over a year now and it looks as good as new still. The crew removed the box off my 08 Ram to fix a corner dent where the previous owner backed into a tree and dented and bent bumper and rear corner. You could never till the box was dented or the bumper bent except for small dent in the heavy bumper that's impossible for anyone to get out. They also fixed the top of the box where p.o. had dented it down. The repairs and excellent match on an 13 y.o. truck is perfect. We are now getting ready to take wife's car in after a deer and her met. I highly recommend this business and Craig's crew for your automotive repairs. Update to review. I can't be happier with this business. They got my car in and out quicker than anybody else was able to do. They went above and beyond to please my needs with my vehicle and communicated every detail about what would be done. Excellent service and excellent work. They provide clear cost estimates and timely work. Everyone is always helpful. They have repaired all the vehicles at my company that ever need body work . Best in the area.
