5 Stars Excellent Service from Keith! Keith towed my car about 40 miles during rush hour traffic, and still managed to show up in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable, and his customer service was top notch. He was professional, friendly, and made a stressful situation a lot easier. Highly recommend Keith if you need a reliable tow!

When one of their competitors charged me $80 and could not get my car jump started ,I called Grace for a tow. But when Keith came out from Grace he suggested that he would try to jump start it first and in 10 seconds it was running! Thank you Keith for the courtesy and excellent customer service!!!

I requested roadside through my USAA app and they tried to send a different company out that was going to take over two hours for a lockout. So I called USAA back and they re-dispatched Grace Towing, and the ETA said 15-45 minutes. I was thinking “yeah we’ll see about that.” Sure enough, 15 minutes on the dot this company was right there helping me unlock my car! It took 5 minutes for Keith to get in there and get it unlocked so I could grab my keys. I am very impressed, and highly satisfied with their service!
