Everybody was absolutely amazing but i specifically worked with Ron and we will definitely go through him again! Seth was great at doing all the final paperwork and explaining absolutely everything to me on what I was signing and tons of different options for warranties. 10/10 experience! They actually made it fun car shopping, not stressful!

Car shopping can be nerve wracking and stressful but I had an excellent buying experience at Graff that was comfortable and stress free. Working with Kevin made the deal super easy.It was very casual and I didn’t feel pressured at all. He and his manager Seth made it a smooth process. I purchased a vehicle here A couple of weeks ago. They have a nice waiting area with a snack and a drink if you like. A very clean restroom to use. Everyone was very professional as well as welcoming making us feel very comfortable. The quality of the vehicle I purchased had only one previous owner with low mileage as well. I am very satisfied. They were even kind to work with me and came down on the price, not to mention how thankful I am for the excellent customer service I received. As a father living 2 hours away from my daughters, whom both attend CMU, there is always the worry of something going sideways and you're not around to take care of them. Well, getting a call that one daughter is stranded at Sam's Club with a car that won't move is one of those times.
