My Cadillac had to be repaired because our neighbor backed into it. Wow I am ecstatic of how fast efficient friendly and theu went above the gold standard for auto repair. GRAFF CHEVROLET MT PLEASANT IS THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR FAST FRIENDLY AND OVER ACCOMMODATING FOR US. THEY HELPED US GET THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT AND FOLLOWED UP TO ENSURE THAT WE HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AS WELL AS HELPED WITH US GETTING OUR LOANER VEHICLE. I WAS AMAZED AND IMPRESSED WITH THE SPEEDY TURNAROUND TIME OF OUR VEHICLE. I COULD GO ON FOREVER BUT PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO USE GRAFF CHEVROLET MT PLEASANT FOR YOUR ACCIDENT CLAIMS. Don’t get me wrong, the people here are very nice. I went in for an oil change, which is supposed to include rotation of tires. When my appointment was done, it was explained to me that my tires were not actually rotated because “upon their review, everything looks perfectly fine, that my tires did not need to be rotatedAND THAT IT WAS SAVING ME SOME EXTRA MONEY”!! I have never heard of such a thing in all my years of owning any vehicles! They always want to rotate the tires just to be sure. Well, according to the appointment when it was made, it was going to be the same price, no matter what! They did not discount my appointment by any means just because they chose to be lazy and not complete the full service. Nor did they ask me if I wanted to use Any of my saved up GM points this time.

Service manager had a good personality and gave you a good understanding of what was going on. Got things fixed quickly and I will recommend your shop to others. Thank you for a job well done.

Service was awesome, very friendly. Communication to the customer could improve a little bit, I did have to call a few times to check on my status to find out there was a delay. Price is a little higher but you know they're gonna do the job right so it makes up for it, having that piece of mind
