Overall good experience but felt like there might be some deception involved…. Full story: My daughter is at CMU & we had her Jeep Grand Cherokee towed here after issues with both batteries. I am in Texas. Everyone that I spoke to here was so kind over the phone & willing to help & answer questions. Taylor, the service tech, that I was working with could not have been more patient with me. We know from experience that dealership repairs are pricier (especially the mark up on parts) than most other mechanics however, being from out of town we felt better about using dealership. Also, most of the ratings for other mechanics in Mt Pleasant were not very good. We were ultimately right about the large mark up on parts but what was really concerning was that they told us the brand new auxiliary

Great communication regarding updates on vehicle. Great customer service! Friendly staff. 1 suggestion, more awareness on wheelchair accessibility. (Service door has about a 3 inch step up that may be difficult for manual or power chair users to maneuver).

Graff Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Mt Pleasant did a great job working on my Jeep. They were professional & very efficient. Excellent service from start to finish. I will definitely be returning for future service needs.

The service department has a lot of work to do to earn higher stars. My wife took her Jeep Wrangler, which was purchased from this dealership, twice and was told twice that her scheduled appointment was not in their system. The first time the work requested was not completed even though it was there for 2 days. She was told that they didn’t know it was there. They apparently don’t look in their drop box or inventory the vehicles parked outside of their service area. The second time they had to “squeeze it in”. Not impressed AT ALL with their customer service or daily practices. Let’s hope they get the next, already scheduled, service right!

Was in Mt. Pleasant visiting from out of state with an object about the size of a large drill bit in my tire of my brand new Jeep. This dealership treated me as if I had been one of loyal customers for years and took care or me and my Jeep quickly and professionally. I made it back to Iowa without any issues, as they were confident I would. Thank you for all your help and service. Randall Atkinson.
