Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. I took my car in for an inspection and with an 8 AM appointment, they were finished by 11:30. Could be faster, but on the whole really not that bad of a wait. Inspection, tire change, etc., all reasonably priced. Reasonable fee to dispose of the old tires as well. My car did end up needing some work, and when I picked it up I asked for a quote from them for the parts and labor. I had to call back once that day and once the next to actually get the quote. The price for parts and labor was comparable to some other garages I called in the area; perhaps just a bit higher. My only issue is that they require you to let them supply the parts - you can't buy them and have them install. The man at the desk told me "We try to stay away from customer parts

Graff’s is a hidden gem! They did all the maintenance work my vehicle needed for under $400 when the dealership had quoted me $1k. Then they helped me find a tow and had my car running the next day when I had a breakdown!
