I was referred to this shop by an acquaintance and after speaking with Kyle, I brought him my 2019 Silverado 2500. The damage to the fender was significant but what Kyle uncovered in the tear down was unbelievable. The truck had been in a pretty significant collision just 11 months earlier and it was repaired by one of the big chain shops. It never seemed quite right after getting it back from those guys and it had several minor issues they needed to resolve but that I hadn’t had time to take in for. I usually get skeptical when I look for shops and see they don’t have a lot of reviews. I took a chance on this shop because it was all 5 stars, it was close to home and it’s a local business. He was the ONLY shop that could take my car within 48 hours instead of 3 weeks. I was impressed when he sent me photos of all the damaged parts already taken apart (this was literally less than a day of it being with him). He explained everything he was going to do with my car and how he was going to repair it. This was honestly what sold me because as a woman, it’s always stressful dealing with repair shops/ mechanics because we’re taken advantage of for not understanding how these things work. Solid and amazing work all around. Always able to fit you on a schedule when you need it. Kyle is amazing and very professional. He always kept me in the loop and answered any questions I had about the repair. He gave me options for a some scratches that even simple touch up paint could match and blend in. Saved me some money and the finished product turned out fantastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any repairs from big insurance jobs down to the smallest scratches and dents. Long overdue due to finally getting front bumper back on! Kyle walked me through the process of how things would be fixed with my bumper as it piqued my interest. He did very well with fixing the heavy damage and repaint. Incredibly professional with timing & work. Perfectionist at its finest, he showed me around the shop of his other cars he was working on and they were done absolutely flawless with precision and hard work.
