Had an unexpected day off and needed to get my vehicle fixed. Called early in the morning and they didn’t hesitate to help out. They made arrangements to get me in, fixed, and back on the road. Most other places I called said bring it in and they will do their best. Can’t thank them enough!!!!

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared for anyone considering taking their vehicle here. Neither of my vehicles had issues until I brought them to this shop. After an oil change, my Mazda came home leaking oil badly because the dipstick was not put back in properly. The skid plate was also missing, and my magnetic drain plug had been replaced with a non-magnetic one without my knowledge. My GMC never had an oil leak before bringing it to Graham’s for an oil change. Afterward, I ended up needing both oil pans replaced. My warranty company even stated that their labor rates were the highest they have ever seen and only covered part of the cost, leaving me to pay a significant amount out of pocket beyond my deductible. I had excellent service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable staff were able to help me understand the problems with my car . It was repaired with in 2 days. And it was affordable. I understood the cost . All staff were very pleasant!! Thank you for your service. I would recommend Grahams auto to others in need of car service.
