The crew at Graham Tire in Grand Island were incredibly polite and helpful. They were very busy but still took the time to make each customer feel important. They repaired my tire quickly without trying to sell me things I don't want. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning to this store for all of my tire needs.

I've been using Graham's for years now. Let me tell you, they are a very honest business! I had a window motor issue & they replaced it but something else failed & they told me it was a the part they put in that caused a problem saved me $400! Oil changes are priced great. I would recommend Graham's!!

Waited for oil change, was right at 1 hr which is what they told me when i came in. Chose to wait in lobby. Had snack machine, free filtered water, coffee. Was informed that my ball joints were getting a bit worn and suggested I look at replacing those when i get new tires next. Wasn't a bill I was needing, but appreciated the estimate and suggestion that it could wait awhile too. Good service.

We had them put tires on our travel trailer and the service was terrific. They really went out of their way to make the experience a good one. The staff is friendly, the price is fair, and their attention to customer needs is superb. I would recommend this place to anyone, and they can expect repeat business from us.
