Graham's Auto & Truck Clinic of Cottage Grove

Yesterday I was driving to an appointment at my car dealer's service department to get a tire repaired. On the way there, the tire went completely flat. Fortunately Graham's was close by on the way. They were very generous and swapped out the bad tire with my spare, and didn't charge me anything! I've had service done by them before, and have always appreciated their great service.

I called these guys after my car started acting strangely, and they were able to fit me in the next day. They didn’t even charge for the fix and had me back in my car by the end of the day. These guys rule. I would recommend them to ANYONE. Best service of any auto shop i’ve ever been to. Joshua was friendly and courteous.

I have to say that I had one of the best experiences with taking my car to Graham's Auto. Not only were they efficient, but they gave my car a thorough inspection to let me know what needed attention. Jen at the front desk was very professional and had a great attitude when I went to pick up my car. I would highly recommend this place with any auto repairs. The price is right too!!

Very accommodating and competitive prices. You know those places that try to sell you on stuff you don’t need? None of that in my experience at Graham’s. Just polite professionals fixing my car for reasonable prices. They also were able to squeeze me in during a very busy season after I missed my appointment. The loaner car and photos of every part they recommended replacing really made this place stand out more.

Graham’s gave me above and beyond service! In the middle of a road trip my car broke down on a Friday evening they were the nearest auto shop- and I’m glad they were. I arrived on a Friday evening with multiple issues with my cars engine. They had me back on the road by Saturday afternoon the very next day. Whole staff is very nice and caring. Explained clearly what went wrong and what they needed to do to fix it. Thank you for the outstanding customer experience.
